For a little over four decades, the NGAKO Family has been operating in forestry and exporting cabinet wood. About twenty years ago she launched into real estate and rental of halls for shows, concerts, weddings, company parties, conferences and cultural activities, particularly in fashion with great success in cameroon and international.

In 2020 the saint john’s group who belongs to the NGAKO family is working on a project to develop new activities particularly in Supermarket of non food products, catering and car rental and building equipments.

Why this decision ? The supermarkets sector has, as you will see later in the project section of this document, a huge future, especially since the group plans to set up opportunity supermarkets geared towards quality products at discount prices and the main suppliers will be the major discount companies in Europe and the United States.

With regard to rental cars and construction machinery, these two sectors are booming throughout Africa, especially since continent is sorely lacking in modern equipment for building works due to the very high purchase costs coupled with the tariffs of customs duties of more than 60% of their CIF values. The poor quality of the pavement reduces the lifespan of the vehicles open to increasingly high acquisition prices for households and businesses, they have no choice but to rent.

Restaurant is one one of the oldest profession in the world because people cannot feed themselves. This is a booming sector in Africa. For our project, we have chosen a barbecue-only restaurant with grilled meats prepared in front of thr customer and according to his choice. The increase in cardiovascular diseases in Africa has raised awareness of quality of products to be consumed. For some theses are meals without salt or with little fat ans sugar etc… By cooking the customer’s choice directly in his presence it is obvious that this method reassures and will ensure the success of this type of restaurant.

The results of the last three years provide the group with financial strength enabling it to absorb all future charges and service of debt it is about to contract with international financial institutions.
